
Boxing Sessions
We offer boxing sessions for total beginners as well as those with a wealth of experience, run by elite female coaches who train and support you.
We offer:
Private training spaces.
Female-only (unless specified).
Trauma-informed sessions.
Equipment is provided.
This 10-week programme is intentionally designed to challenge, uplift, and transform. Up to 20 women (both survivors & non-survivors) will participate in up to 5 training sessions per week ranging from early morning runs, strength and conditioning training, boxing skills & sparring. Providing fitness and skills needed to step into the ring for the first time.

The Fight Back Programme
A groundbreaking 8-week journey to help survivors rebuild their strength physically and mentally, through a unique combination of boxing training and therapy.
A 360-degree approach to healing. Join a weekly boxing session (non-contact), led by expert female boxing coaches, to help reconnect with your bodies, release tension, and build confidence. In addition a weekly session with a trauma-informed therapist, to process emotions, develop coping strategies, and work through past experiences.
