What does a class involve?
🕐 1 hour of boxing training — focusing on technique, fitness, and building strength.
🕐 30 mins of sparring (optional) — with the chance to step into the ring under expert guidance. No pressure, only if and when you feel ready.
Do I need previous boxing experience?
All our classes our beginner-friendly and led by elite female coaches. Sessions are designed to give you both the skills and the confidence to step into the ring, whatever your background or fitness levels.
What do I need to bring?
Comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a towel. Gloves are provided, though bringing your own is recommended.
