Founder of The Female Business Mentor, brings strategic clarity, encouragement, and deep belief in women’s potential to the FFWD mission. Through mentoring ambitious female entrepreneurs and hosting the Yes SHE Can Project podcast, she helps women rebuild confidence, find their voice, and move forward with purpose. Her work — featured across BBC News, Stylist, Grazia, Marie Claire and more — strengthens Fight Forward’s commitment to empowering women not just in the ring, but in life and business too.

I started boxing at 11 and had my first fight at 12. I’m passionate about coaching - especially helping women build confidence and inner strength through boxing. I believe boxing is just as mental as it is physical. It’s a powerful tool for growth, mindset, and staying grounded.
