Triumph Over Trauma

We use boxing as a tool to improve the mental health of survivors of domestic abuse.

Our approach

Fight Forward CIC is a not-for-profit set up by former Gold medalist and GB boxer Lesley Sackey. Our mission is to help 100,000 survivors of domestic abuse use boxing as a tool to Fight Forward. We run transformational boxing and therapeutic programmes throughout London.

We champion positive storytelling to show other women it is possible to triumph over trauma.
