“ My work with Fight Forward is particularly disruptive
because it challenges preconceptions about boxing. We are using what is typically considered a violent sport to heal women who have experienced violence. The program helps women reclaim consent over their own bodies and voices, connect with their bodies in a healing way, find community and connection and process trauma through physical movement.
”
“My passion for supporting women.”
As founder of the Female Business Mentor my work spans podcasting, retail, and coaching, always with the goal of empowering women. Helping them find their voice, and step into their power has been at the heart of everything I do and this role allows me to continue that mission in an even bigger way”.b

Our growing community highlights the importance of storytelling, showing you that you’re not alone. Together, we spark conversations, challenge stigma, and dispel myths surrounding survivors.
Why Boxing?
Boxing teaches you how to take up space. It empowers you to stand tall, move with confidence, and own your power.
For many women who have faced abuse, trauma can leave a disconnect from their bodies.
Boxing is a powerful tool for rebuilding that connection and taking back control.
Fight Forward is a space where transformation, healing, and community come together, empowering you to
triumph over trauma.
